Carrigans FC was founded on December 1st 2011 by David Neary .
David is originally from Scotland/UK where he spent his early life learning the game.
The name 'Carrigans' comes from a Gaelic word meaning 'little rock'.
We are a team dedicated in uplifting and promoting football in the Philippines whilst encouraging sportsmanship and discipline.
In Febuary this year (2013), Carrigans FC decided to start their own girls team. The ladies team is named 'Viragos'. A Virago is a woman who demonstrates exemplary and heroic qualities.
